Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing my services! I truly value your time and commitment. As I reserve my time and resources specifically for you, I kindly ask that you adhere to the following cancellation policy:
- 48-Hour Notice: Please provide a minimum of 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows me the opportunity to fill the slot with another client.
- Same-Day Cancellations: Cancellations made on the same day of the appointment will incur a fee of $30 for every hour of the scheduled service. This fee can be added to your next appointment or invoiced separately.
- Payment Additions: To streamline the process, you may choose to add any cancellation fees directly to your Next appointment without needing further prompting.

Return Policy & Payment

- Return Period: Items must be returned within 10 days of the original purchase date.
- Exchanges or Credit Only: Returns will be processed as exchanges or store credit only. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds.
- Condition of Items: All items must be returned in their original condition, including packaging, tags, and labels. We reserve the right to deny a return if the item appears used or damaged.
